I have been in the industry since January 2010–although I have always thought of myself as a designer. As early as I can remember I was drawing environments to represent ideas and refining a visual voice I would be using the rest of my career. I started off as a nursing student, and after realizing blood and I don't mix, I decided to take the opportunity to follow my true dream of becoming a Graphic Designer.

I started working as a Web Designer as an intern in 2010–fueling my path as I loved solving problems in a web-based environment. I continued to work in web after graduation, but also excelled in print, photography, editorial design, and event design. I am currently enjoying the current chapter of my design life as a Web System Manager at Steelcase, but am open to discussion about other opportunities.
